A major new study, unveiled Monday, finds that the passage of the DREAM Act would add $66 billion to Texas' economy and create 282,000 new jobs by 2030.

This would be a significant boost to the state's fiscal health, the Center for American Progress said, at a press conference in Washington, D.C.
