Family of vegetative inmate files lawsuit

The family of a former Jacksonville inmate filed a lawsuit last week against the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
John Laughon's family claims he is in a vegetative state because of a run-in with a correctional officer in the Duval County jail that took place last February.
The suit claims Laughon was having a seizure, and it was mistaken for an outburst.

Comments:There is no mistaking it, he was having seizures. He was seizing when he was revived.
