The recall petition demanding that the mayor and two other council members be recalled, that was discussed in Tuesday's Sinton City Council meeting, is not being made available to the public even though a ruling from the Attorney General's Office says it should be.

We spoke with Sinton city Secretary Betty Wood today, who says she's under orders from the city Attorney Juan Perales to not release the document.
