They never mentioned John was getting his paperwork processed for work release and would have been on work release within a few days of the incident if he had not been hospitalized for injuries he sustain from the beating. He was "PUMMULLED!"
They didn't mention when he arrived at Shands he only had on a pair of boxers, the leg to his inmate uniform and a blood soaked spit mask.
They didn't mention his seizures were a matter of court record, that he called my mom comlaining he did NOT get his medications in jail, he had other inmates call my mom about his medications, he had been locked in a cell without water and was getting water through the food slot in an old potato chip bag from other inmates or that my mom personally delivered one medication they did not have on hand in the jail for his seizures.
They didn't mention that in November 2004 when John went in for arraignment he was denied his seizure medications which my mother provided DEA officers with, the gaurds jumped on himthat night, the nurse told them to get off of John that it's a seizure and he went to Shands then also.
They didn't mention his injuries on February 22, 2005, were life treatening and he had 11 broken ribs in his back, both lungs collasped, laceration on his liver and bruises from head to toe. They were outward signs of injuries and you could tell his injuries were life threatening because he was spitting up blood.
