Attorney Noe Domingo Garza Jr. apologized Tuesday for pulling the race card in defending attorney Ray R. Marchan, the federal court record indicates.

This was in response to U.S. District Judge Andrew S. Hanen’s order that Garza submit a brief by Tuesday as to why he should not be sanctioned for having done that.
